Without getting to deep into tv-technology res. 640x480
on pal-tvs has small black borders around the pictures on
screen. That means there is underscan. Far as I know that's
not so on arcade-monitors or ntsc-tvs
My question: There is on vgatoscart-driver (vgascart) witch
has underscan/overscan-option. I can not test this driver on
my svga-card. Has someone tested this driver ? does it looking
good ?
