You could wire one side of the momentary switch to ground (as normal), and both the P4 Start and P1 Btn2 inputs to the other side of the switch. That way, when you hit the switch the I-PAC will register both inputs at the same time.

In theory this should give you the required result, but you'd need to test it - I have not tried this myself.

Also, email Andy Warne and ask him if that will work - he's great with any I-PAC questions like this.
