As an electronically challenged person, I have foregone the option of hacking a keyboard to build custom controls. The downside to this is that I am now limited to using 4 buttons via the joystick port - or am I??
Has anyone ever given a thought to the possibility of 'mapping' the second joystick available through the joystick plug as an additionjal 4 buttons?
Ever since I recently tried (with great success) the method of direct wiring to the 15 pin plug using resistors I have wondered if this is possible.
Any thoughts?
