Perhaps I've missed it but I want to know how one can take an optical device such as a trackball or spinner and wire it to a mouse so you can use it in MAME. On the controls page there is a link on how to do this very thing with a Happ's spinner but my spinner (it's actually an optical wheel) is not Happs. Anyone know how or got a link for me? I'll keep looking. I have a Demolition Derby control panel that I'd like to wire up to a mouse for use in Mame (Off-Road, DD, Sprint games). Any help?
