i-pac with 4 joysticks

My console is going to have a 4 way joy, 4 way joy with top fire and two rotary 8 way joys in addition to a spinner and trackball. I will also have 6 buttons per rotary stick, 4 for each 4 way and 2 to be shared by the trackball and spinner. My question is will I be able to connect everything I want to a standard i-pac and opti-pac trackball\spinner interface.
