Only the +5 and GND pins are labled. The two outter pins are the X and X' .. if you plug them in backwards, your spinner action will be reversed.
According to UPS, my optic-encoder boards from HAPP should arrive tomorrow. I will definitely be updating my webpage with some 'how-to' for the wiring.
