I've been working on a control setup for a joystick that will eventually be implemented into a cabinet - right now it's actually 2 joystick hacks, a Dreamcast hack, and a USB gamepad hack for my Mac - each PC board is wired to a separate 25-pin connector, and the arcade controls are wired up to a single male 25 pin connector - so I can use the same control setup on either platform just by plugging in the appropriate PCB.
But if this all gets mounted into a cabinet (as is my ultimate goal) it would be a pain to reach in and re-plug the controls when I switched systems. Has anyone seen anything that would switch between the two 25-pin connectors? I've looked at All Electronics and Radio Shack and didn't find anything, but maybe I'm looking at the wrong stuff?
Sorry that rambled on so long. Any ideas?
