To buy the monitor, you'll have to call WG directly - the D9200 is not shown on their website... the phone number is 1-800-336-6630. Be prepared to pay a fair amount for shipping though... the monitor was $460.00 and the S&H was another $120 (Chicago to Atlanta) It would have been $160, but I opted to pick the monitor up from the YellowFreight depot rather than have them do a residential delivery.
For other sizes you might want to ask the service rep you speak to... they've generally been quite helpful with my questions...
