Although ensoniq and soundblaster do not list dos drivers on their websites, if you search google you can find some soublaster/ensoniq 64 pci dos drivers available from differnt oem vendors that are using the cards in their computers.
(for example, http://www.gateway.com/support/product/drivers/sound/audiopcia.shtml)
Also, there are a ton of websites that talk about the frustrating task of trying to get it working.
(some say the motherboard must support NMI, which most do not)
I wish i could help further but I dont have one of those cards here to play with. Let us know if you find the answer!

: Can anyone with this card (or anyone at all) tell me what I can put into my config.sys or autoexec.bat on my DOS boot disk to get ArcadeOS to find this card without a problem?
: Thanks for any help!
