Neo Geo roms are not the most advanced games as far as CPU requirements, NeoGeo games will run perfectly smooth down to a pII or celeron at 266mhz or above, as long as you have at least 128 megs of ram.

The most CPU intensive games at the moment would probably be the newer midway stuff w/ sound enabled like MK series, nba jam, etc. The minimum to get that going at full speed is a PIII at 7 to 800mhz. What that translates to on the amd side, im not really sure.
