: I got it to stop rolling. Dhansen, I got it fixed before I read your message but I did exactly what you did. So basically here is a rehash of my (our) findings.
: It seems like it's a combonation of both monitor and video card. I use to have an ATI RageIIc 4mb video card. I twisted the h-sync and v-sync together and it worked great. However, when I switched to an ATI Xpert 98 8mb card the rolling would not stop. I had to wire directly to the monitor itself and bingo, it worked great. Just thought I'd pass this info on. Every card is different. Some you can twist, some you cannot. Thanks for the info Dhansen and I hope this is helpful to anyone in the future.
