When I post helping messages on this board, and knowingly post my email, I realize that the mail address is clearly available to anyone. If I didnt want it posted up there, I wouldnt put it up. I think everyone shares a simular view on this issue. I also believe that its a good thing, to log important message board post so that someone who is new, or hadnt had a chance to see it, could do so someday.
