Looks like a good plan Dai. I highly recommend an ATI Rage Fury PRO w/VIVO. You will want to rethink the TV though. TV out looks much better when you use SVideo, and I don't think there are any 22" televisions that have this option. The TV that I am using is a 25" sharp that I bought at best buy ($240 25NS100) It looks great (AFAIK there aren't any speed issues with using the TV out).
