I used to have that problem too, sometimes the controls and other settings would change for no reason when you ran a game. I upgraded to 2.43 and stopped having the problem though.

: The default keys used to be different in older versions. Check the INI file for ArcadeOS

: : I'm running Arcadeos v2.42 in pure DOS with MAME v0.36 and every now and then the setup goes SCREWY! I think it's ArcadeOS that I updated that is the source of the problem. Sometimes I'll run a game and it'll be FLIPPED (reversed), either vertically or horizontally, when this happens it seems that my MAME keys are different too...it changes the COIN key (no longer the 5, now it's the 3), and regular cursor keys wont function, the keypad ones do. When I check out the Default config in ArcadeOS sometimes it shows what look like my normal settings and sometimes it shows all messed with settings? What the heck is up? Please tell me I'm not the only one having these particular problems. What version of ArcadeOS is SAFE to use?
: : Thanks.
