They made it kind of confusing what you are probably looking at is the price for the ball only ($44), to get a working trackball you need the assembly ($137) too. It seems they forgot the word assembly when they labled the item 4-1/2" Trackball , W/O Ball
Also a 4-1/2 trackball is friggin huge, I couldnt imagine using one.
