If you have a Radio Shack.Com store nearby (Most used to be Tech America stores), they'll have arcade buttons for about $2.50 each in the momentary switch section. Or any plain jane Radio Shack should be able to order them for you from the catalog. Sorry, I don't have the numbers handy.
