Hi,
I got my dreamcast for xmas and straight away got hold of an RGB scart cable. Upon examining the cable, I found out the the composite sync pin of the dreamcast (according the gamesx.com) was connected to pin 20 composite video on the scart plug.
So i wired up a scart socket (so i didnt have to break my RGB cable which i use for my widescreen TV) to a jamma connector I connected RGB to the RGB lines, pin 20 to composite sync and and ground to video ground on the jamma biscuit.
I threw in SF3 hopefully, but to no avail, the image wouldnt sync.
Am i missing some grounds ??, I have none connected but video ground on the jamma. My monitor almost syncs from a composite video signal but the dreamcast doesnt sync at all (in 50hz or 60hz).
Thanks in advance
