Turns out it was a bent pin...duh.. Any way, both serial and PS/2 devices are working perfectly with each other. Once I got the bent pin straightened out I manually added the Belkin mouse guts (spinner) and now both devices fight for the cursor. Pretty cool! Thanks for all your help!
