Makes sense, but the way your describing it they would all be plugged into the switchbox at the same time, right?

The way I do it is..all of my CPs have the controls wired into a DB25 connector. (2 joysticks, 12 buttons) That only uses 21 pins...why do you need so many?

Anyhow, then my Mame cab has a female DB25 going to the KE72. I simply unplug the CP thats on the cab, plug in the one I want to use and play.

: Making my control panel multiple-system compatible. I'm going to solder all the wires into a connector for each system so I can just switch between them. I went to Frys last night and they have these 37-pin connectors with little soldering cups so they'd be sooooo great. Only problem is they don't sell the switch box.

: : What are you going to use it for? Maybe there is another way to do it without using a switchbox.

: : : Anybody know where to buy a swith box for 37-Pin connectors? I don't even know what uses a 37-pin connector, but I thought one would be really useful.
