I am assuming the spinner is serial and the trackball is ps/2. In the windows device manager, remove both the serial mouse and the comport the serial mouse is connected to .. this should force it to go back to seeing the trackball on the ps/2.

Unfortunately, getting them both to work together is going to be difficult, I wish I had an easy answer for that part.

: Does the spinner work by itself?

: How does the trackball interface to the PC? Is it using a second PS2 port? Or a serial port?

: : I just completed my new control panel and am having problems getting the track ball and spinner working together. I have an Imperial PS/2 Trackball and a Hard drive/Twisty Grip hybrid spinner using the Belkin classic mouse guts. It's to the point now where the trackball doesn't work by itself! Does anyone know which registry keys/inf files I need to delete so the OS can rediscover this device?

: : Or if there are any other Imperial users out there, which mouse driver do you use?

: : Thanks a bunch!!!
