You need a router with a 1/16" slotting cutter. It looks like a little fan with 3 blades. I think the bit costs about $20 but it is the only way you can do a good neat job. If you try to use a dremel or back saw you will most likely make a mess out of it.

Home Depot definately has the bit you are looking for.....that is where I got mine.

: I need to groove the sides of my cab for T-molding. I don't have a table saw, and I have the machine assembled already. I saw some sited that talk about a router bit but I can't find it anywhere. I need to groove for 5/8 molding. I thought about a piece of angle iron as a jig and either my dremel tool or mt back saw. Any better ideas or methods?
