Video card advice - Mame to TV?

I want a relatively cheap video card that will give me an S-video out to a 25" TV, which some day I plan to mount in a cabinet. I've heard bad things about the 3dfx Voodoo3 TV out, and heard good things about the ATI series (though I can't figure out which ATI cards have the video built in -- their website doesn't match most vendor's descriptions...).

This'll pretty much exclusively run Mame32, unless there's a good reason not to.
