ArcadeOS... Getting all MAME games to be horizontal

Hi everybody --

I love ArcadeOS on my (horizontal) arcade monitor, but I was wondering if there was some way to change all the vertical games to horizontal before running them.

I don't have a problem hitting the ALT key to rotate the game before running it, but when I have people over to play, it'd be nice if I didn't have to jump in between every game to make sure that the settings are correct.
