I got my ArcadePC full size on the 28th and the whole frame of it got busted up during shipping. Somehow the monitor still works but it has terrible color blooms on both sides - looks like someone is hold a huge magnet up to it.

Conway is doing all he can to help me also - he really cares!

: I received my full-sized ArcadePC about 2 weeks ago and I like the looks of the cabinet (IT IS HUGE!) but unfortunately the monitor doesn't work.

: I contacted Conway Ho (the Ho of Hanaho) and he said they ran it for 24hrs before shipping it to me. He ordered me a new monitor chassis but it hasn't come in yet probably due to both HanaHo and most likely the monitor company being closed down for the Christmas-New Year holiday season.

: I hope to have the monitor up and running within a couple of weeks. It's a bit frustrating but so far Conway has been polite and apologetic...albeit a little slow...like I said probably due to the holidays...

: I'll post my impressions of the full-sized cabinet once I have it up and running.

: BTW, I have sold my previous Cabinet to finance this expensive unit. I am one of the few users here who have/had a Capcom Impress sitdown JAMMA cabinet.
