Jack's ms-pacman replacement joysticks probably don't.

My WICO redball 4 way is dedicated to 4-way, there is no actuator to flip, and unlike my Happ 4/8 way supers (which I always leave in 8 way mode) There are no levers on the microswitchs to help hit diagonals.
