Perhaps we should start out with a specific piece, as apparently keyboards are always different. I think the real question is wiring up all those buttons to an encoder, as that would be the easiest for a newbie at wiring like me. For my project, I want to make 2 joysticks, 3 buttons each, a trackball, spinner, and a 4 way joystick. So I am assuming that would be a toughie. Wiring this into an I-Pac with Opti-Pac would make for a great tutorial, as it would cover all the bases. Anybody in the Orlando area capable of taking this on? I would shoot it and edit together a video of it. I can even add computer animation, diagrams, titles, the whole nine.
