And thats the sticking point.
Will losing the archives cause the same questions to be asked over and over again any less than than they are now? (proabbaly not)

I dont like the look and feel of UB2000.
I would much prefer a heirachical structure like we have now that allows you to see who responded to whom, easily.

ex: a post with 7 replies (current board)

This gets to be really fun in long threads where the 20th post is an answer to the 3rd.

The only thing that bugs me about the current setup, is that it doesnt make the seperation of new and quoted material in replys as clear as it might. (of course, some of the posters could help this along)

UB2000 looks like it might have this covered with the 'Reply w/Quote' option, although I didnt test it because it required that I register to the board...
