My parents bricked in the 2 car garage soon after I was born and turned it into a "playroom" for me and my brother. We hardly ever played in there, though, since there aren't any vents and only thin vinyl on top of the cement floor (brrrrr... cold... even during the summer). Luckily it's insulated very well and moisture isn't a problem.
