I found this site that sells an Ikari warrior conversion kit for $60. It includes the joysticks, marquee, pcb, buttons, & manual. They say that some of the parts are used, though.
Seems like just the 2 joysticks are worth that much... I don't know. Just from reading the recent posts about rotary sticks, I figured someone might be interested. Here's the link:

p.s. - I have bought from them before, on eBay. I got the Blasteroids spinner from them. They were very prompt in shipping after the auction.
