I use 2 encoders at the same time.

I use The KE-72-T to control:
3" Trackball
3 buttons for Trackball
(5) Player 1 Coin
(1) Player 1 Start
(6) Player 2 Coin
(2) Player 2 Start
(Lt Shift) Pinball Flipper Left
(Rt Shift) Pinball Flipper Right
(Esc) Escape
(F2) Service Mode for Game
(F6) Cheat On/Off
(P) Pause
(Pg Up) Page Up
(Pg Dn) Page Down
(TAB) Tab
(ENTER) Enter
and the Arrow Keys

I use the Happ UGCI Fighting Interface for:
Player 1 is a Top Firing Joystick
with 6 buttons
Player 2 is an Optical Rotary Joystick
(Y Direction of Trackball)
With 6 buttons
Spinner (X direction of trackball)

These two encoders work well together at the same time.
The KE-72-T interfaces through the Keyboard and Mouse ports.
The Happ UGCI Fighting Interface interfaces with the USB port.
