The optical wheel of the arcade spinner was not changed so the speed wolud be the exact same. the response adjustment is a question that I just cant answer. All that I can say about the feel is that I was a total tac scan nut back in its day, the feel to me seems totally exact but It has been a while since I have seen this game in an arcade so any subtle differences could be overlooked. unless you put them side by side I dont know if anyone can answer that for you but If you had a cab to compare it with, you wouldn't need to build a panel. Sorry Searcher, mabye someone else can weigh in on this one.
