If he still owes money, someone really needs to start legal action. I mean come on people if he has had your money for over a year, why should he suddenly decide, "Gee, I think I'll pay these people back today." I think the only way you will see your money again is if he is forced to refund it. I am sorry but someone like that just makes me so sick to think about.
