Dreamcast -> Arcade Monitor problems (wierd)

Everything works fine until the monitor gets fully "warmed up". So, when I first turn on the monitor it looks great, but when the image expands to the edges, it scrambles like the sync is wrong. If I flip the monitor off and on I see it clearly for a second or two until it gets fully warmed up again...

Any ideas?
