Is a "wobble" joystick one of Happ's 49-way? If so, let me know how well that works - I've been curious about it for some time. In my opinion, I would have some 8-way sticks instead of those 4-way, unless of course, that's what you were after. You'll just be limited on some games. You'll also have lots of problems with the stick placed behind the stick. Think about this - I'm adding more sticks to my panel, and I'm gonna make a second "step" so to speak that will elevate the back sticks so the front ones aren't in the way. Also, how tall is your control? If you have enough room, consider putting the MAME buttons on the front of the panel, thus freeing up more prime time space on top. How about going with a 2-1/4" trackball also - might give some more room. I would strongly recommend however that you put the trackball in front - you'll be glad you did!
