...that would be great if you could mention it! I would love to be able to use MAME to emulate it, as it's one of my favorite games.

: Yep, happens here, too. It's a bug. I'm on the MAMEdev list. I'll mention it.

: : ...I was wondering if you are experiencing the same problem that I am with the ship constantly moving? I'm unable to stop the ship from moving with the joystick...I've posted this problem on several boards and tried to report it as a bug ( I have the same problem on 2 different computers ) but have gotten no response. -Just wondering If I'm the only one that has to play Sinistar from the Williams Classics CD because I can't get it to work properly with MAME??

: : : I did the rotating monitor thingy and was disappointed. The mech for turning worked great, but the color shift every time I rotated it drove me nuts. I ended up abandoning rotation idea (after investing at least $250 to make it work) and installed the largest-size monitor the cabinet can hold (27"). Now I'm satisfied, except for vertical Midway-Namco conversions (like Galaga) and Williams (like Sinistar). MAME doesn't handle their resolutions well so the screen ends-up either too large (and chopped-off) or tiny. It only happens when you try to display them on a horizontal monitor screen. I'm still working on this, but I'm much happier now with the MEGA sized horizontal monitor.
