PC2JAMMA Project! $100 = AU$195. Maybe this option!

Hello everybody again,

Ok after a whole day looking for a Hagstrom KE24 encoder in Australia, nobody sells it here! (Well after spending $100 ring around Australia) From the USA to here after the conversion plus freight it’s going to cost me over AU$195.00

Thinking about the PC2JAMMA project from the control panel via keyboard to PC. Maybe to stop key blocking/ghosting using Brain Lewis’s circuits is to use 2 hacked keyboards with a PS/2 Y connection. Keyboard 1 for player one and keyboard 2 for player two both with six buttons.

Then in DOS with the cfg.sys file having the following
File=99
Buffer=99

Wouldn’t the above stop blocking of the keyboard? Or is it a waste of time to try this theory?
