Anyone know why ArcadeOS doesn't list ALL the games I have?

I will be posting this in the ArcadeOS message board too so please don't flame me for misposting.

For some reason, some games are not listed in ArcadeOS and it's driving me crazy. I know cyberball, for example, is on there because I can go to DOS and run it via DOSMAME by hand. There are other games like Popeye which aren't listed in ArcadeOS either and I can't figure out why. Any suggestions?
