I finally received the video tape and I have created two versions: DivX and VCD* (both at 352x240)
They can be downloaded here:
ftp://24.12.51.113/pub/History/

If you want it in other formats (real, ms, qt, etc) let me know. If you want it on cd, email me and we can work something out.

*The VCD version is a CDROM image file created with Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4. If your program can't read it, let me know and I'll find a way to make a *.iso
