Every time I've ordered something from them I've gotten it in a couple days IF they have it in stock, (ok here's the BUT) BUT if you order something that is not in stock, it's anyones guess as to when you'll get it. I just happened to order what seems to be the hardest item on the face of the earth to get. It's the 25" Black plastic monitor bezel. I ordered it on November 2nd and I STILL don't have it!! They said they were getting it in on nov 28 which didn't happen and on Dec 5th which also didn't happen. It comes from Switzerland and they said they were having some trouble shipping it???? Anyway, I found someone else to buy a used one from so hopefully I'll be getting one sometime next week(Hopefully). I don't know why I'm upset, I mean I've only been waiting for over 6 weeks!!!
:( Anyway, other than this one time, I've had no problems with them and still will buy from them. They are a VERY good company to buy and deal with. I'm just a little frustrated. :)
