Unfortunatley the NVidia cards from my sources are not ideal for low scan
rate monitors :( the dotclock can't be programmed to get a good enough
scanrate for low scanrate monitors.
Also NVidia doesn't support Interlace? Not 100% sure on that, but if its true then this card isn't too good for low scanrate monitors (15.75khz).
Good for 31.5khz monitors though.
