I have an F3 (game reset) button on my cab, but I couldn't tell you when the last time is that I used it. If a game craps out, I'd just as soon quit it and come back in.
I would definately put a 2P (key "6") button on there for the games that require it, ESPECIALLY since you said that you'll be running Gauntlet on your cab.
