I believe the IPAC supports both USB and regular PS2 keyboard outputs.

: Okay, for great resolution support it sounds like the DOS version of MAME and AdvanceMAME is the way to go. However, since I'm controller-wiring illiterate, I want to use IPAC, which is a USB device, correct? And, from what I've heard DOS and USB don't like each other. So, is there a way to get the IPAC to work in DOS. Or am I missing something here?
