Sounds like a Arkanoid type spinner, not very useful for Tempest like games but great for Arkanoid like ones...

: I just received my Happ trackwheel today. The whole assembly seems to be very, very solid. Almost too solid. The wheel spins, but it doesn't seem to be very "free". I can feel vibration in the knob as the gears mesh together, and there is no extra travel at all if I spin the knob and then let it go.
: Is this a normal condition of the wheel, or should I send it back for replacement, or is there something I can do to allow it to spin more freely? I appreciate any help that anyone can offer.
