I purchased one of the hotrod-se joysticks and had nothing but problems with the company. The joystick worked but I found the people to be rude, the packaging sucked, things that were supposed to be included weren't, promised weren't kept, etc. To each his own but I will NEVER do business with them again. They have no idea what "the customer is always right" means (hell, they don't know what false advertising is either).
