Please confirm your WSS card setting, and set
WSSCFG.
For example,
set WSSCFG=A530 I7 D0
VSyncMAME uses only A(I/O address) and D(DMA channel).
Generally, A(I/O address) can be 530, E80, F40,
and D(DMA) can be 0, 1, 3.
