I triend making a mini DIN (ps/2) to DIN adapter for my encoder. I plugged it in, and it burned out my motherboard!! http://www.sonic.net/~alanwall/hwb/ad_MiniDinToDinKeyboard.html DO NOT MAKE THESE, my motherboard might be repairable, until then I cant use my encoder! That smells!
