I did business with them 2 months ago and had no problems with promptness and accuracy of delivery.
I've been e-mailing them for the last month or so inquiring about availabillity of a 4-way stick and all of my e-mails ( 3 to date ) have gone ignored and unanswered.
I've recommended them in the past; they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth now so given the current situation I would avoid dealing with them at all costs.
Anyone know of an alternative source for a 4-way Wico Ball Joystick?

: Just a word of warning from me, for what that's worth. The people at arcadesticks.com provide substandard service. Without going into all the gory details of my problems with them, I've been waiting over a month for my merchandise and all emails regarding it's whereabouts have gone unanswered.
: I've tried numerous times to get a response from him regarding either (a) a refund or (b) my merchandise and I've been ignored each time.
