Okay, I got it yesterday and installed it.

The pixelation is very clear, it's somewhere between computer and arcade monitor quality. Normal scanlines do seem to be present when you load up the old raster games. If you have a Dreamcast with a VGA Box you'll be blown away with the picture quality.

In summary, it exceeds expectations. You control the degaussing coil by a pushbutton on the remote board. There's a panel in the back where you connect either a dual male 15 pin D-sub cable or a RGB composite arcade cable (very simple and accessible). It automatically selects the horiz. frequency depending on which cord you connect. Definitely recommended and worth every penny of the ~$450 I paid for it (still haven't received my final bill so I can't be any more specific). If you order one, do it directly through Wells-Gardner. You'll get a discount and mine arrived 2 days after I ordered it.
