I was working on one of these but there were two problems.
1. Not enough interest to spend the time on it.
2. The designs I came up with worked, but they didn't want to come back up smoothly after you pushed them.

: Does anyone know where I can find a good quality "push/pull" spinner. I liked the one on the disc's of Tron machine. If I remember correctly, it had an oval cross section so you could get your fingers under it to pull it up. Does Happs offer one? Will I have to make one myself?
