I dunno, umm are you looking for speed? Usability? what type of computer, if your going for speed I'd say go with one of the optimized dos mames, if you want ease of use get lsmame32 or somthing like that, just NOT mame32. besides it all comes down to personal preference, I used .35b5 till now cause it was faster than the ones later on(or maybe I just optimized it PERFECT)
